All the sleeping areas have been tastefully restored to bring you back to the charm of the 1800s. You will be pampered to a new level as you slip beneath the luxurious bed linens and down comforters, wrap yourself in the thick and thirsty spa towels and unwind in the cozy, comfy robes and slippers that are standard for all our guests at The Alpine Homestead.

Each of our charming bedrooms have a private bath. All bathrooms have been updated and are immaculately cleaned each day. Locally handmade soaps provide our guests with a natural, eco-friendly product to experience while here.

No matter what room you choose, you will quickly learn at The Alpine Homestead, it is the attention to the details of comfort and the genuine hospitality of Barry and Peggy that will bring you back again and again.

Imagine the splendor of this home when owned by The McCoy's in the 1800's. Back then, they called their home "The Fairview House". There is a lot of history of the McCoy's woven through this quaint room, which features an antique full-sized bed with a small iron twin bed.

You will be transported to yesteryear with handmade decorative quilts and pictures of the Fairview House in it's prime, yet, all details of comfort are attended to, providing a restful sleep.

A single traveler or a couple with a child would be very comfortable in this setting.

This room is priced less than our other rooms because the private bath is on the first floor. The bedroom is on the second floor.

In the 1800s this was suitable to be the master bedroom. This spacious, sunny room is graced with a king sleigh bed and an antique dresser with attached mirror.

A small table & chair is the perfect place to use your laptop to check email or browse the web.

The three windows overlook the Alpine Homestead's backyard blooming fruit trees in the Spring and vibrant Maple foliage in the Fall.

This room is very popular with couples looking for a relaxing getaway.

In the early history of this home, this room might have been ideal for growing children. It is spacious and bright with views of the pines in the backyard and the nearby mountains. If you listen closely you may even hear the babbling of Minerva stream as it twists nearby.

This room now offers a classic and elegant four poster queen bed and a twin bed making it ideal for families or adults traveling together. The appealing decor makes this a spot to rejuvenate mind and body.

This newly updated room is fresh and bright with a queen sleigh bed and a twin bed to accommodate two or three traveling together.

Strong Irish roots of family and community weave itself into the decor of this room.

The three windows provide a lot of natural light. Adirondack sunrises have a tendency to be spectacular and this room provides excellent viewing of them.
